They partner with local farmers and artisans for added flavours, showcasing unique regional ingredients in their products.

Golspie Dairy is a fifth-generation family farm dedicated to preserving and caring for their land for the future. Expanding into artisan cheesemaking has allowed them to add value to the milk produced on their farm while strengthening the long-term sustainability of their business.
All cheeses are crafted using milk exclusively from their small herd of Holstein cows, ensuring high animal welfare standards and complete control over quality. Rooted in traditional recipes, Golspie Dairy aims to provide Ontario with exceptional local cheeses as an alternative to imported options. They take pride in showing customers where their food comes from by highlighting the care that goes into their cows, their land, and every batch of cheese they make.
