Fox & Forage's Red Raspberry Jam uses all-local fruit as their first and main ingredient. All of the fruit they use in their jams are sourced from local, Canadian farms, fields, and orchards and is first cooked in small batches, then sweetened with sugar.
Fox & Forage Jams have just a small amount of pectin, a setting ingredient that is naturally found in fruit to give their jams a luscious, spreadable consistency. This also allows them to craft the jam quickly so its true flavour and colour of the local fruit used are maintained.
