Madagascar Bourbon Grade A Vanilla Beans.

These Bourbon vanilla beans feature a rich and creamy flavour with a sweet and buttery aroma. The beans are black, plump and pliable with a moisture level of about 30% and average length of 6” to 7” inches (approximately 16-18 cm). These beans are well suited forapplication in baking and cooking recipesas well as drinks and desserts.

Usage: add seeds to baking recipes or use to make homemade extract
